MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To support a holistic human resources business enablement service leveraging human resources tools and services to anticipate and solve business challenges within a values-based culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Support business performance through people management enablement
Enable talent management
Facilitate Human Resource Service Delivery
Support workforce and remuneration management
Implement and manage employee engagement
Enable transformation through talent management and people management
REQUIRED EDUCATION
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Degree/diploma in Human Resources

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 5 years generalist experience in Human Resources
