MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To maintain and manage vendor master and material master data across procurement systems in all divisions

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

Create and maintain vendor master records

Create and maintain material master records

Maintain the catalog for material master

Provide user and systems support

REQUIRED EDUCATION

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Grade 12

DESIRED EDUCATION: Procurement or Finance Diploma/Certificate

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Procurement experience

DESIRED EXPERIENCE: 

Experience in working with Master Data management.

Basic German language skills is desired but not essential

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • SAP Materials Management or Sales and Distribution module exposure
  • Knowledge of the typical procurement process
  • Competence in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
