MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

Enable business growth and development through relevant research and development of business cases for new business opportunities, including financial and commercial modelling of new service lines and relevant project management to operationalise new service lines. The Product Development Manager is responsible to lead the implementation and monitoring of MVP and ensures a seamless transition of MVP to operation and product owner (if applicable).  Additional tasks may assign depending as per business demand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

Guide and support the research and feasibility study for alternative and/or future service lines in support of company strategic direction
Drive the implementation and related project management activities for the operationalisation of new commercial opportunities
Expand the business by building sustainable and productive relationships with internal and external key stakeholders
Guide and support the operationalization of approved projects through change management, reporting and review mechanisms
 

REQUIRED EDUCATION

A relevant College or Bachelor’s Degree in health care/ business or related
A post graduate degree in business or commerce
Project Management Certificate (PMP)
 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

At least 3-5 years’ experience in healthcare with focus on business growth including new product development and implementation of business development strategies in operations environment
At least 5-8 years’ experience in healthcare with focus on business growth and development
